Kopper The Salon

We are inside the Empress Mall on the ground floor. The shop is G/3B. It is right on Sir Benzanji Marge near the Cotton Market. Being near the Nagpur railway station means we see a lot of different people. Some are just passing through and some work in the mall. Kopper The Salon is our name. The mall can get very busy on the weekends. It is much cooler inside the mall than outside in the Nagpur heat. I like that part. We have some modern lights and the mirrors are big. It feels different from a street shop but we are still just regular people. The noise from the station is always there in the background. You can hear the trains if you listen close enough. We get people who come in before catching a train. They are usually in a hurry. Then we have our regulars who work nearby at the Cotton Market. They have more time to talk. The ground floor is a good spot because people see us as they walk in. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. It gets smudged easily with so many people walking past. We just keep things moving every day. It is a lot of standing but the mall environment is nice. We have been here for a while and seen the mall change over the years. It is just a normal day for us and we keep going.
