The Scissors House

The Scissors House is at Plot No 941 in Deshpande Layout. It’s situated on Central Avenue Road in the Wardhaman Nagar part of Nagpur. If you know where Vaishnaodevi Square is, then we are very close to that. It’s a decent area and we have been at this spot for some time now. Nagpur can get really hot, so people usually come in looking to get some hair off just to feel a bit cooler. Wardhaman Nagar is a pretty active neighborhood with a lot of families and local shops. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. Central Avenue Road always has something going on, whether it's traffic or some local event. Plot No 941 is easy to spot once you get into Deshpande Layout. We aren’t a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local shop where we try to do a decent job for anyone who walks in. The square nearby is a good landmark because everyone in Nagpur 440008 knows it. Sometimes the parking on the street gets a bit tight, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to come by. It’s a straightforward business and we like the vibe of this part of the city. Being near the square means there’s always life around us. We don't have fancy chairs, just the stuff we need to work. Most days are just about chatting with the neighbors and keeping the floor swept.
