You can find us at the Binakimehndi Baag Corner, right near the Binaki Buddh Vihar. It is a pretty well-known spot in the area so most people don't have trouble finding us. The smell of spices is usually the first thing people notice when they get close to our place. We spend a lot of our time grinding and mixing things, so there is often a bit of dust in the air. It is hard work and it can get quite hot in the back where the machines are running. We have been working out of this corner for a while now and the neighbors are all used to the noise. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our day is spent making sure the masale are packed properly and the bags are sealed. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of production. That is just part of the job. The area around the Buddh Vihar is usually peaceful, but our corner stays busy with people coming and going. We keep a simple shop without any of those bright lights or big signs. It is just us and the spices. We try to get through the orders as they come in. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to clean up the workspace and get ready for the next batch.
