We operate out of T-39 in the MIDC area on Hingna Road. It’s a very industrial setting, which makes sense for the kind of work we do. There are lots of factories and warehouses all around us, so it’s not the quietest place, but it’s where the action is. Our building is a standard industrial unit—no fancy glass facade or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly open space where we handle the logistics and the technical side of things. We’ve been out here on Hingna Road for quite some time now and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The roads can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks, but you get used to it. We have a small crew that keeps things running. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a dedicated team working in a practical space. We don’t really have time for polished speeches or elaborate branding. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything leaves the building on time. Most of our days are spent checking schedules and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour, but we prefer it that way. We just keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without overcomplicating things. It is what it is, and we just try to do a solid job every day we are here.
