Umar Furniture

Our workshop and showroom are located in the Khan Complex, right across from the SBI Bank on Amravati Road. Being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been making and selling furniture here at Umar Furniture for a good number of years. You’ll usually hear the sound of saws or hammers if you come by during the day. We have a mix of finished pieces on display and some projects that are still being worked on. It’s a bit of a messy environment, with wood shavings on the floor and tools everywhere, but that’s how a real furniture shop looks. We don't have a polished sales team. Usually, it's just one of us coming out from the back with dusty hands to answer questions. We build things that are meant to be used, nothing too delicate. People in the area know us for being straightforward. If a piece isn't ready, we say so. We don't like to rush things if they aren't done right. The traffic on Amravati Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the timber and the designs we have in front of us. It’s a local trade, and we’re proud to be part of the community in the Khan Complex. No big corporate vibes here, just honest manual work and some solid wood.
