Our office is in the Indrasagar Apartment, right beside the Seasons Lawn in the Civil Lines area. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We are in unit A-2. The space is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of samples and files tucked into every corner. It’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time here planning and talking to suppliers. Civil Lines is a good area to be based in; it feels a bit more established and calm. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to take your coat. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to checking on orders. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a headache when there's an event at the lawn next door, but we've learned to deal with it. We don't go in for big marketing talk. We just try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just keep our heads down and get through the work one day at a time. It's not flashy, but it's how we like to run things.
