Softratna Technology is over in C-Block, specifically Shop 37. We are situated in Venkateswara Nagar. It’s a handy location because we are quite close to KDK Engineering College. You see a lot of students walking by every day. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling various tech tasks that come our way. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything. Usually, the desks are covered in notes and old hardware. Being near the college means things stay pretty lively. We get all sorts of questions, from simple software installs to more complex stuff. It's just a few of us running the show. We handle the paperwork, the coding, and the customer chats ourselves. Sometimes it gets a little overwhelming when three people walk in at once, but we manage. We’re not a huge corporation with a call center. When you call, you just talk to one of us directly. We like it that way. It’s more personal. Venkateswara Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and being in C-Block feels like we’re part of the local scene. We try to be fair and just do a good job so people come back next time. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local tech shop doing its thing near the college. We aren't looking to change the world, we just want to help the person in front of us.
