Our office, Smarttech Digital Services, is located at Plot No. 03 in Lakshmi Niwas. You can find us tucked away behind the Mankapur Post Office Road in the New Mankapur area. It’s a decent spot, a bit quieter than the main roads which helps us focus on the digital work we do every day. Having a big flashing sign isn't really our thing, so it’s just a regular workplace where we handle various tech services for people who stop by. Most of the time, it is just us and our computers in there. Starting this business was a response to seeing that people in New Mankapur needed help with things like internet stuff, documents, and other digital tasks. Using a lot of jargon or trying to confuse people with tech talk isn't how we operate. Instead, we just listen to what someone needs and try to get it done for them. The room is usually filled with the sound of typing and the printer going off. It’s not a fancy setup, but the space works for everything we need to accomplish. We’ve been at Lakshmi Niwas for a bit now and the neighborhood has been good to us. Most of our customers are just people living nearby who need a bit of help with their digital chores. There isn't a mission statement on the wall; we just try to be helpful and keep the equipment running. If you're near the post office, you're pretty much right there.
