Phoenix Sales & Services

You can find us at No. 211 in Abhyankar Nagar. We are right on V.R Marg, pretty close to the railway yard. You can hear the trains passing by quite often while we are working. It is a noisy spot sometimes, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Phoenix Sales & Services is a small operation. We mostly handle sales and fixing various things that people bring in. It's a simple setup with a workbench and some tools. We aren't trying to look like those big corporate service centers you see in the city. Our place is a bit dusty because of the road, and we usually have a few projects sitting around waiting for parts. Sometimes we have to wait a week for a specific component to arrive, and we just tell the customer how it is. We don't like making promises we can't keep. Most of the people who come here are from around the neighborhood or work near the yard. We know a lot of them by name. It is just a normal daily routine for us. We open the shutters, check what needs to be fixed, and get to work. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs if someone needs to sit down for a minute. That’s just the way it is here, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
