M V Agencies is located in the Pandit Complex. We are in Modi No.3, which is right in the middle of Sitabuldi. It’s a very crowded area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. If you know where Hotel Kamal is, we are just near there. Finding a place to park is always a headache around here, so most people just walk from the main street. The complex itself has been around for quite some time. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve got some shelves and a couple of tables. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running full speed. We see a lot of different people coming through Sitabuldi every day. Some are regulars and some are just passing through. We start our day by cleaning the front area because the dust from the street settles on everything overnight. It’s a bit noisy with all the traffic and the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a while. We just focus on getting our orders sorted and talking to anyone who stops by. It’s a basic operation. We don’t go in for anything fancy or polished. We just stay busy and try to get home before the traffic gets really bad at night. It is what it is.
