This office for Yesh Security Services Ex Service Man Group Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Mahalaxmi Complex in Hudkeshwar. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 203 in Chanakyapuram. Most of the people working here came from military backgrounds, so we are used to a certain way of doing things. It felt natural to start this group after leaving the service because it is what we know. We spend a lot of our day coordinating guards for different sites and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It isn't always easy managing schedules and dealing with paperwork in a small office, but we manage to get it done. The Mahalaxmi Complex is a decent place for us to work out of since it is quiet enough to focus. We have been in this spot for a bit now and most people in the building know us. It’s a serious business, security, but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere in the office. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while going over the night shift reports. It’s just a group of us trying to use the skills we learned in the forces to keep busy. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We just take it day by day and try to keep things organized for the men out on the field. Being ex-service men, we understand the value of discipline, but we also know that things happen on the ground that you can't always plan for.
