Skyline Communication

Skyline Communication sits on the first floor of Vali Manzil. We are right beside the Corporation Bank at Gaddigodam Square, which is a pretty hectic spot. You have to walk up the stairs to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the street below. The square is always full of vehicles and people shouting, but from the first floor, it’s just background noise that we don't even hear anymore. We deal with phones and communication stuff all day long. The shop is filled with various chargers and accessories hanging on the walls. Sometimes the light coming through the window is too bright, so we keep the blinds halfway down to see the screens better. I usually spend my time talking to people about their mobile plans or fixing a cracked screen. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps me busy and pays the bills. Vali Manzil is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional squeaky floorboard near the entrance. Being near the bank is helpful because people often remember they need something for their phone after they finish their errands there. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what can be fixed and what can't. It’s a simple operation here at the square. Most days are long, but seeing the same familiar faces from the neighborhood makes it feel like we really belong to this corner of the city.
