Siddhi Science Academy

We’ve been here in Nagpur for a while now, specifically in the 440008 area. It started out quite small, just a couple of benches and a blackboard for science students. If you walk past our place, you’ll probably see a lot of cycles parked outside. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when the batches change over. We spend most of our time going through textbooks and trying to make sure the kids actually understand what they’re reading before their exams come around. It’s not a fancy setup. There are papers everywhere, and sometimes the chalk dust gets on everything. Students from around here come by after their regular school hours. It’s just how things go. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just the rooms where the teaching happens. Sometimes parents drop by to ask how their kids are doing, and we just sit and talk about marks and study habits. It gets quite hot in the summers, but the fans keep things moving. We just try to keep the focus on the subjects. Science can be tough, so we spend a lot of time on the same chapters until it sticks. It’s a lot of routine work, day in and day out. We see the same faces every day. It’s just a local place where we try to get through the syllabus. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just stay busy with the books and the students.
