Down at Plot No.303 in the Nit Scheme, you'll find Shruti Spices Private Limited. We are located right opposite the Nari Telephone Exchange, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Blossom High School is also quite close, so it's a familiar neighborhood for us. We've been working out of this spot on Nari Road in Kamgar Nagar for a good amount of time now. Spices are what we do. It’s a lot of grinding, packing, and making sure the smells don’t take over the whole street, though the neighbors sometimes mention it. We aren't some giant factory with robots; it's mostly us doing the heavy lifting and checking the batches. The place gets dusty, as you’d expect with spices, but we keep at it. Being near the telephone exchange makes it easy for people to find our gates. We deal with various types of local spices and try to keep the quality decent without making a big deal out of it. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially during the peak seasons. We just stick to our routine and get the orders out. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when several trucks arrive at once on Nari Road, but we figure it out eventually. We’ve grown a bit, but we still feel like a local shop. Just a group of people working with food ingredients in our corner of Nagpur. We hope the traffic around the exchange doesn't get worse, but we manage just fine. It is just a basic spice business run by people who care about what they do.
