SHREE LAXMI RESTAURANT AND JUICE RESTAURANT

Our place, SHREE LAXMI RESTAURANT AND JUICE RESTAURANT, sits on C A Road in Nagpur. We are right besides Rahate Hospital, which means we see a lot of people coming and going from there. The Central Avenue is always humming with traffic and it can get pretty hectic. We have been here at Shree Ganesh Dwarka for a while now. We do both food and fresh juices. In a city like Nagpur, people always want something cold to drink because the heat is no joke. We spend a lot of time cutting fruits and keeping the ice ready. It is a simple setup with tables and chairs where people can just sit for a bit. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a bunch of us making sure things are clean and the food is ready. Sometimes the orders take a little longer if the mixer is busy or if the kitchen is full. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make juice and cook meals. Most of our customers are folks visiting the hospital or shopkeepers from the nearby market. We know the rhythm of the street by now. When it rains, the road gets messy, but people still come in for a hot tea or a snack. It is just a regular part of life on C A Road. We just keep doing what we know best.
