Sapna Event Management

Sapna Event Management is over at C/O Kamble, 2/3 Mig 42 Colony. We’re on Riz Road, right opposite the Super Speciality Hospital in Vishwakarma Nagar. It’s a well-known spot because of the hospital, so we usually just tell people to look for that. Our office is more of a home-base than a fancy showroom. We have piles of folders, samples of fabrics, and contact lists for almost every vendor in town. It’s a bit cramped because we have so much stuff stored here, but we know where everything is. Most of our work happens on the phone or out at different venues, but this is where the real planning gets done. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we’re all trying to coordinate at once. We don’t use big fancy software; we mostly rely on notebooks and our memories. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We’ve been in Vishwakarma Nagar for a while now and we like the neighborhood. People stop by to ask questions or check on their dates. It’s a very practical, hands-on way to run a business. No suits or ties here, just people working hard to get things sorted for the next event on our list.
