Our place is called Ashtvinayak Planners And Debvelopers. You can find us at House No-1138 in Nagpur. We are located right near the Itwari Railway Cabin, so you can often hear the trains passing by while we are working. It’s a local operation here in Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to folks about their building plans. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who want to develop some land or build a house. Sometimes the dust from the nearby tracks gets in, but we don't mind much. It’s a busy neighborhood and we like being part of it. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up around Nagpur and know the streets pretty well. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. Building things takes a lot of time and patience, and we have seen a lot of projects through from start to finish. It’s not always easy work, and there are always delays with permits or weather, but we just keep pushing along. If you are near the Itwari station, you can’t miss us. We are just local people trying to help other locals build something that lasts. We've been here for a while and plan to stay. There is always a new project on the desk to look at.
