94.3 My Fm Bhaskar Group

Our setup for 94.3 My Fm is located at 1403, Deshpande Layout, which is a fairly quiet residential part of Nagpur near the NIT Garden. It is quite a nice change from the busier commercial districts in the center of the city. We are based in a building that fits right into the neighborhood. In the mornings, you see people heading to the garden for their walks or exercise, and then the staff starts trickling in for the early shifts. The atmosphere is a bit more relaxed here, though it gets busy once the broadcasts are in full swing and the phones start ringing. We do not have a massive corporate sign out front, just the address that people look for. Inside, it is a mix of studios and office space where the Bhaskar Group team works on the radio stuff. The layout itself is pretty peaceful, though the Nagpur heat still finds its way in during the peak of summer. We spend a lot of time in the office coordinating things, and since we are near the garden, it feels a bit more open than being stuck in a high-rise building. Sometimes we have guests coming in for interviews or meetings, and they usually comment on how tucked away we are from the main road. We just focus on our daily schedules and making sure the content is ready. It is a practical place to work, and we like being part of this local community.
