Ad Events

Our place is at Plot No 1465 in Deshpande Layout, which is in the Wardhaman Nagar part of Nagpur. We are right by the NIT Garden and fairly close to the Haldiram Day2Day. It is a nice enough neighborhood for us. We handle events, mostly focusing on the practical side like getting the venue ready and making sure the supplies are there. We have a small office where we sit and plan out the details. It is not very big at all, just some chairs and a desk that is usually covered in notes and lists. We don't use much fancy software; most of our planning is done on paper or through phone calls. We work with a lot of local people around Nagpur. Sometimes it is a small birthday party, and other times it is something a bit larger. We don't pretend to be a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to make sure things go smoothly for the people who hire us. We spend a lot of our time running around the city checking on different things. Nagpur can get really hot, so that makes outdoor setups a real challenge sometimes. We have had mishaps before, like a late delivery or a tent not being right, but we always find a way to fix it. We are just regular people in the event business doing our daily work.
