Our place, Sanstar Microsystems Pvt.Ltd., is located at EI-15 in the Electronic Zone of MIDC, Hingana. This area is full of different tech shops and small factories, so we fit right in. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for working on microsystems. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of parts lying around, but we manage. Hingana is a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where all the action is for this kind of work. We spend most of our time looking at small components and making sure everything is connected right. It’s quiet work that requires a lot of sitting still. We don't have a fancy lobby or coffee machine for guests. If you visit, you’ll likely find us at our workbenches with tools in hand. The power goes out occasionally in the summer, which is just part of being in this zone. We just wait for the generator to kick in and keep going. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work without errors. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well enough so far. We keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day.
