New Avant

New Avant is located over in Sujata Nagar, specifically in the Binaki Layout area. It's not too hard to find if you know where Darda Hospital is, since we are right opposite that. There’s also the Hanuman Mandir nearby, which is a good landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. Our address is 1028 in the Ashok Nagar part of Nagpur. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling our daily business. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most days, which helps us stay focused on what we need to do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us working out of this space. Sometimes we get busy and the desk gets a bit messy with papers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. People stop by and we chat, but mostly we’re just keeping our heads down and getting through the tasks. The 440017 area has a lot of families and small shops, and we fit right into that mix. We don’t try to be something we’re not. If you need us, you just come by the Mahendi Nagar side and look for the sign. We’ve been doing this for a while now and plan to keep going as long as the work keeps coming in. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
