Our office is in Gautam Ward, right by the Weekly Market on Shri Ram Talkies Road in Hinganghat. It’s a small town in the Wardha district of Maharashtra, so things move a bit slower here than they do in the big cities. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and it’s a very familiar place for everyone in the area. Being near the market means it’s always busy on market days, and you can hear all the commotion from our windows. It gets quite loud with the vendors shouting and the crowds, but we don't mind it much. We focus on soft skills, which means we spend our time helping people get better at communicating and working together. The office is just a few rooms with some chairs and tables for our sessions. It’s not fancy at all, just a practical space where people can sit and talk. We try to keep things friendly and relaxed because that’s the best way for people to learn new things. Most of us are locals from Hinganghat or the surrounding villages. We know the struggles people face around here when they’re looking for work or trying to improve themselves. We don’t use any big words or complicated theories. We just talk like normal people and try to share what we know. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the market is in full swing. We’re just glad to be doing something useful in our own community.
