S. G. Patil & Co.

S. G. Patil & Co. is based at Plot No 177 in Zade Bhavan, which is right at Chhapru Square on CA Road. This is a very busy intersection, so there is never a quiet moment with all the cars and rickshaws passing by. Our office is located inside this building, and it’s a pretty straightforward place with desks, chairs, and plenty of filing space for our records. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some charts we use for work. We spend a lot of our hours talking to people who come in for advice or to get their paperwork sorted out. The building itself is well-known in the area, so we don't usually have to give people complicated directions to find us. In the afternoons, the sun shines right through the front windows, so we have to pull the curtains to see our computer screens. We take our tea breaks together in the small pantry area in the back. It’s a professional but very plain environment without any unnecessary decorations. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and focused on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent typing up documents or going through old files to make sure everything is in order. It’s a steady routine in a very lively part of the city, and we are used to the constant buzz of the square outside.
