Our office is over at Prabhakar Apartment on the Ring Road. If you know where the Canara Bank is in Ranapratap Nagar, we are right near there in Atre Lay Out. Arvind Raje and the rest of us have been working on building designs and structural stuff in Nagpur for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot on the Ring Road, so there's always plenty of traffic and noise outside our windows, which we've just gotten used to over the years. We spend most of our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone to make sure everything is moving along like it should. It isn't always the most glamorous work, honestly. Often it's just about figuring out how to fit everything into a specific budget or a tight plot of land that doesn't have much room to spare. We’ve seen Nagpur change quite a bit since we started. We handle the technical side of things, making sure the foundations are solid and the layout actually makes sense for whoever is going to be living or working there. People usually find us because they need someone who knows the local building codes and how to get things built without running into too many problems. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits. Sometimes a project takes a few months, and sometimes it's much longer, but we stay with it until it’s finished.
