You’ll find us on the ground floor of Vighnaharta Apartment, right at Mate Chowk in Pratap Nagar. We’re directly across from the Domino’s Pizza, so it’s a very easy place to spot. Anagha And Associates is a small architectural firm, and we’ve been working out of this neighborhood for quite some time. The office is a cozy space where we do all our drafting and meetings. We aren't big on corporate formality here. You’re more likely to find us in casual clothes with a stack of blueprints in front of us. We work on all kinds of residential and small commercial projects around Nagpur. Every client wants something a bit different, and we enjoy the challenge of making those ideas work within a specific budget. Sometimes we spend hours just debating the placement of a door or the width of a balcony. It’s these little details that make a project successful in the long run. We don’t use slick marketing materials or have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we’ve done before and let them decide if we’re the right fit. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Being in Pratap Nagar keeps us close to the pulse of the city. We’re usually around throughout the week, though we might be out at a construction site in the afternoons.
