Mohota & Associates. Location: Block A, F13, Shewalkar Garden. It's right above Reliance Trends. We spend most of our days here looking at site plans and talking to clients. The area around Gayatri Nagar is usually busy, especially near Mate Square. If you know the garden area, we are just right there. People find us easily because of the big store downstairs. It’s a decent place to work from. We’ve been here for a while now. Most mornings start with a quick check on ongoing projects before the phone starts ringing. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s part of the routine. We deal with all sorts of drawings and technical stuff. It isn’t always glamorous work, but it gets done. We try to keep things organized on our desks, though paper usually piles up by Wednesday. Usually, we're here until late evening. The view of S A Road is quite something during the rains. We’ve got a small team and we just get on with it. No fancy setup, just some computers and drafting tables. If someone drops by, we usually have a cup of tea and discuss what they need. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in or call because they heard about us from someone else. That’s how it works here in Nagpur. And we like that. It keeps us grounded in the local community.
