Our office is right in the heart of Sitabuldi, in the Sayanna Building on Modi No 3. It’s a very busy part of Nagpur, almost always crowded with people shopping and moving around. We are located near the Sayana Kangan Store, which most locals can point you toward if you get lost. Working in Sitabuldi means there is never a dull moment. The noise from the street usually filters into our office, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle architectural work and other related things. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been working together for a long time. Our space in the Sayanna Building is simple. We have our drafting tables and some older computers that still do the job. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we'd rather focus on the actual drawings. A lot of our time is spent out of the office, meeting with people or visiting construction sites to make sure things are moving along. Sitabuldi is a great place to be because everything is so central. We can get anywhere in the city from here. It’s an old building, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't try to impress anyone with a big presentation. We just show them our work and let them decide. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things.
