We are based in Nagpur, working out of our office here in the 440013 area. It is a pretty straightforward setup with desks, computers, and a lot of cabinets for all the files we have to keep. The weather in Maharashtra can be tough in the summer, so the fans are always going. We usually arrive around ten in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together for quite some time now. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Most people who come to us have heard about the office from someone else in the city. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through, and we spend a good chunk of the day just making sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do. We usually take a break for lunch together and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a quiet kind of place, not much flash or noise. We just focus on the numbers and the documents that come across our desks every day. Nagpur is a big city, but our corner of it feels quite familiar and steady. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without making a fuss about it. We are just regular people doing a regular job here.
