RAZA Biryani center

Ruhikar road is always busy with people coming and going. Our place, RAZA Biryani center, is right there in Mahal, Nagpur, just across from the Gandhisagar talab. We spend most of our day around the big cooking pots. It gets quite hot in Nagpur, especially during the afternoons in Mahal, but the kitchen stays going anyway. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we've been here for some time now. People living around the 440032 area know where to find us when they want biryani. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. We focus on the rice and getting the spices into the meat. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud because of the lake nearby and the tourists, but inside we just keep busy with the orders. You won't find anything fancy at our shop. Just some chairs, tables, and the food we make. We have to open early to get all the prep work done. Cleaning, cutting sacks of onions, and getting the coal ready for the fire takes a lot of effort every morning. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. The lake area brings in all different kinds of people every day. Some are just passing through and others live right down the street from us. We just try to get the flavors right every single time. There are no big secrets to how we do things here.
