Ran Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Ranka Bhawan, over at 110 Dhantoli. It is a familiar building in this part of town. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we are still here doing our thing. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork regarding the chemicals we distribute. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or a lounge area. We usually just bring a thermos from home and drink it while we work. Dhantoli is a busy area, so there is always noise coming in from the street, but we are used to it by now. It is a practical location for us. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We check the stock, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the orders are being filled correctly. It gets busy in the afternoons when the phone starts ringing more often. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more than a local business. We just know our products and the people who buy them. Some of our customers have been coming to us since the beginning. It is nice to see a familiar face across the counter. We just try to keep things moving without too much fuss. If a problem comes up, we fix it and move on to the next task on the list.
