Pratham Services (Manpower Recruitment Services)

We are located right at Plot No. 399 in Hanuman Gulli. Most people around Dharampeth know where the Triveni Girls Hostel is, and that's exactly where you'll find us. We do manpower recruitment services, which basically means we spend our time matching people with jobs. It's a small office, but it stays pretty busy with people coming in to drop off resumes. Nagpur has a lot of folks looking for work, so we see a lot of different faces every week. Working out of a spot near a hostel means there's always some activity going on outside. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Pratham Services is just a local operation. We sit at our desks, make calls, and try to help people find a place to work. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when we have several interviews going on at once. We’ve been in Dharampeth for a bit now and it’s a good neighborhood for this kind of thing. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We just talk to people like normal humans and see what their skills are. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the phones don't stop ringing, but that's just how it is. We’re just a small team trying to make things work for the locals here. We might not have a fancy lobby, but we get the job done for everyone.
