Pardesi Hair Dresers

Pardesi Hair Dresers is located in Nagpur, right on Godhani Road in the Zingabai Takali area. We are directly opposite Shri Ram Urban Co Bank, so we see a lot of people coming and going from the bank all day long. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have the chairs lined up and the mirrors are kept as clean as we can manage with all the dust from the road. Nagpur gets very hot in the summer, so the shop is usually a place where people like to sit for a bit and cool off while they wait for their turn. We’ve got a small bench for waiting and a stack of old newspapers that people flip through. Our daily routine doesn't change much. We show up, sweep the front, and get the tools ready. We use simple tools—razors, scissors, and various combs. Most of our customers have been coming to us since we first opened our doors here. They like that they don't have to explain what they want every time because we already know. We aren't trying to look like those big city malls. We are just a local hair dresser on Godhani Road trying to do a fair job for the people in Zingabai Takali. It’s a good spot to be, and we’ve become friends with many of the people who live and work around here.
