Orchid Multicuisine Restaurant

Orchid Multicuisine Restaurant is out on Hingna Road in Nagpur, right across from the Hingna Naka. It is a part of town that has a lot of movement, with people coming and going from work. We decided to do a multicuisine thing because people around here have different tastes. Some want one thing, some want another, so we try to have a variety on the menu. The kitchen stays pretty busy because we are juggling different styles of cooking at the same time. It is not a polished, high-end place. The tables are sturdy and the floor is clean, but you can tell it is a working restaurant. I spend a lot of my time checking on the supplies and making sure the fridge is stocked. Sometimes the Hingna Road traffic makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get to us on time, which can be a real headache. We have a small staff, and we all kind of do a bit of everything—serving, cleaning, and sometimes even helping out in the back when things get crazy. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook the food and put it on the table. It gets hot in Nagpur, so we make sure the fans are always on full blast. It is a simple life running a restaurant here, and we just take it one day at a time.
