Nama Hair Saloon

Nama Hair Saloon is located at Shop No. 23 on Amravati Road. We are right by the University Campus in Nagpur, so we see a lot of students every single day. Being near Futala Lake is also nice because the evenings get a bit of a breeze, though Nagpur is usually very hot. The shop is not anything fancy. It is a small space with a few chairs and the usual mirrors. Most of the guys who come in are just looking for a quick trim or a shave before they head to their classes. I spend a lot of time sweeping up hair and making sure the towels are dry. Sometimes the road outside gets really noisy with all the buses and bikes going toward the university. We have been here for some time now and most people in the 440033 area know where Shop 23 is. I do not bother with big advertisements or anything. People just walk in when they need a haircut. It is a simple life, just standing on my feet all day with the scissors. On weekends it gets a bit crowded and people have to wait outside on the bench. I try to work fast but you cannot rush a good shave. The lake is close enough that I sometimes walk there after closing up. It is just a regular neighborhood barber shop for regular people. There is nothing complicated about how we do things here.
