Mayuri Saoji Bar & Restaurant

We are located right on Itwari station road in the Vaishali Nagar part of Nagpur. If you know Rani Durgawati Chowk, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot with a lot of traffic and people moving toward the station all day long. Being a Saoji place, we know people expect a certain way of doing things. We just open up in the morning and get the kitchen ready. It’s not fancy here. The fans hum, and the noise from the street comes in through the door. Sometimes the station road gets really jammed, and people just pop in to sit for a bit while things clear up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some shops closed, new ones opened, but we stay right here near the chowk. The tables are basic wood, and we don't spend much time on decorations. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we know the regulars who come from the nearby houses in Vaishali Nagar. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the Nagpur summers, but we just keep going. People stop by after work for a drink or a meal before heading home. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, cook, and make sure there’s enough for everyone who walks in. It’s just a normal part of the Itwari area, nothing more and nothing less.
