Manav Hair Saloon

Manav Hair Saloon is located right in the middle of the Cotton Market area in Nagpur. Our plot is on Cotton Market Road, very close to the Ganesh Mandir. If you have ever been to the market, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the trucks and people buying things. Our shop is a bit of a retreat from all that chaos, even though it’s just a simple hair saloon. We have the basic barber chairs and the old mirrors on the walls. It’s not a fancy place with modern decor. We just have the things we need to cut hair and give shaves. Most of the people who come in are workers from the market or people living in the nearby lanes. We see a lot of the same faces every week. The smell of the market is always around, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign near the temple and walk in. Sometimes we have a radio playing old songs in the background. It’s a small space and it can get quite hot in the Nagpur summer, but we keep the fans on high. We just do our work with the scissors and try to keep everyone happy enough to come back. It’s just a regular old-school shop on a busy Nagpur street.
