MAIYA VANDAN CONSTRUCTION LLP

Maiya Vandan Construction Llp is based out of the Tulips Highland Residency in Thane West. We are specifically located at Dhokali Naka, in G-4 of Building No. A-8. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit quieter than a downtown office block, which we actually prefer. Having the office on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to mess around with elevators. We have some basic furniture and a few computers where we track our construction work. The area around Dhokali Naka is always growing, and we feel like we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we are trying to figure out a budget or a supply list. It is a very grounded place to work. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the time and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We are not interested in having a slick, polished image. We are just local builders who need a solid place to keep our records and meet with our team. The address is 400607, and it has been our home for some time now. When the weather is nice, we keep the windows open, though you have to watch out for the mosquitoes in the evening. It is just a normal, hardworking office for a construction group that stays busy with local projects.
