Our office for Infratech Real Estate is tucked away at B-1/6 in the Yogiraj Housing Society on Amrawati Road. Nagpur has been growing quite a bit, and being out here on the main road means we see a lot of the changes firsthand. We aren't one of those massive firms with a glass skyscraper; we operate from a more modest space within the housing society. Most of our days are spent talking to people about land, apartments, and all the paperwork that comes with buying or selling property. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, visiting sites, and sitting down with clients to explain things in plain English. The office is usually filled with maps, blueprints, and folders full of documents. We deal with the local authorities and handle the nitty-gritty details that most people find boring or confusing. It can get dusty on the construction sites, so we’re often coming back to the office to clean up and get back to the files. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about helping people find a place or sort out their real estate issues without too much headache. Amrawati Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our door, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just us, working hard in our corner of Nagpur.
