Roshani Associates

We are Roshani Associates and you can find us at Jageshwar Apartment in Sawarkar Nagar, Nagpur. We’re tucked away behind Jupiter School, not far from Chatrapati Square. It’s a convenient spot for us and our clients. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on local projects around the city. Our office is a simple place where we spend our days working through plans and talking to people about their building needs. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like to keep things calm and focused. Nagpur can get really hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we look over designs. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how much it will cost. There’s no point in making promises you can’t keep. Sometimes projects take longer than we’d like because of material shortages or rain, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a corporate firm with a lot of layers. You just talk to us directly. It’s practical work and it keeps us grounded. We’ve seen Nagpur grow quite a bit over the years and we’ve been glad to be a part of some of those changes. Every day brings something a little different, whether it's a small renovation or a bigger planning job. We just take it as it comes.
