Shewalkar Developers Ltd.

This is our Nagpur setup for Shewalkar Developers Ltd. We are located over at Plot No 515 on Road No 13. If you know Bajrang Nagar, you've probably passed us. We're working out of the place with Arvind Wankhede and the Bansod family. It’s more of a local neighborhood vibe here than some big downtown office block. We like being tucked away in this part of town. Nagpur gets pretty hot in the summer, but we keep things moving. We do a lot of the planning and site management from this desk. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with building and development. People in the area know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We've been in this spot for a while now. The roads around here are familiar, and we know the neighbors well. It’s not a flashy operation. Just a lot of folders, site plans, and cups of tea while we figure out the next steps for our projects. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the drawings spread out, but we get the work done. Being in Bajrang Nagar keeps us close to the ground. We don't need a high-rise office to do what we do. It’s practical. We spend more time at the actual sites than sitting behind a desk anyway. That’s just how the building business goes in a city like Nagpur. It's hard work but we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
