Globus Procon is based out of Sricon House, which is at number 25 in the Pragati Layout. We’re in Rajeev Nagar, specifically in the Somalwada area along Wardha Road. It’s a growing part of Nagpur, and being near the main road helps us stay connected to our various sites. The office is a no-nonsense kind of place. We’re involved in project management and construction, so there’s a lot of focus on schedules and technical drawings. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. The team is pretty small, but we’ve all been in the industry for a long time. We know each other's families and usually grab a quick bite together at the local stalls nearby. Wardha Road is always busy, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t spend much time writing promotional stuff. We’re usually too busy making sure our projects are on track. It’s a practical environment where we value honesty and getting things done right the first time. We’ve stayed in Somalwada because it’s a good base for us. The neighbors know us, and we’re part of the local business community here. We don't claim to be the biggest or the flashiest.
