Our office is situated over at 13-A Wanjari Nagar, in a building called Jagannathshree. If you are familiar with Nagpur, you know this is a bit of a quieter residential area compared to the main city center. We operate out of this space doing management consulting and helping people find work or helping companies find staff. It is a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks and files and the sound of phones ringing throughout the day. People come by mostly for interviews or to drop off papers. The neighborhood is fairly calm, which helps when we need to focus on going through resumes or talking to clients on the phone. We like being in Wanjari Nagar because it’s easy for most locals to find without getting stuck in too much traffic. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those modern corporate spaces where everything is white and sterile. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the local news, and we get the work done. It’s a practical environment for a small team like ours. We’ve been based in this building for some time now and most people in the area recognize the name. It’s just how we run things here in Nagpur, keep it simple and keep moving forward without any of that extra corporate fluff getting in the way.
