Lentils pure veg restaurant

We are located in Gayatri Towers on Central Avenue in Nagpur. It’s right beside the Queta Colony gate, so it is easy to spot if you are driving by. 440018 is a pretty active part of the city. We only serve vegetarian food here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have seen the street change a lot. Central Avenue is always busy with traffic and people. The restaurant isn't very large, just enough space for some families to sit comfortably. We keep the place simple. No fancy paintings or expensive rugs. Just clean tables and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We start our day early, getting the lentils soaked and the spices ready. There's a lot of steam and heat in the kitchen, but we're used to it. Nagpur summers are no joke, so we try to keep the dining area as comfortable as we can. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people know us because they live nearby or work in the shops around Gayatri Towers. We just do our work, wash the dishes, and get ready for the next day. It’s a simple life. Sometimes we run out of something and have to run to the market quickly. That's just part of the job. We keep a close eye on the stock and the cooking pots all day. It takes a lot of effort to keep a veg kitchen running smoothly.
