Khajan Spices

We are located over at 67/34 in Sitaram Nagar, right on Kakani Road. It’s where we run Khajan Spices every day. The street can get pretty noisy with all the trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time sorting through bags and making sure the smells don't get too overwhelming for the neighbors. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we need. Most of the work involves just being on our feet and moving things around the floor. Sitaram Nagar is a tight-knit kind of place where everyone knows which business is which. Sometimes the dust from the road comes inside when the wind picks up, so we spend a fair amount of time sweeping. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the orders are ready and the place stays organized. It gets pretty busy around noon, and then things quiet down in the late evening when the sun sets over Kakani Road. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and we know the shortcuts and the local tea stalls nearby. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single week.
