Ica Insituation

You can find us over at 54 Rajive Nagar in Somalwada, Nagpur. We run the Ica Insituation from here. It’s a local place where people come to learn things that will help them get jobs. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the coolers running as much as we can. It’s not a massive campus or anything. It’s just a building in a regular neighborhood. Students come in at all hours for their classes. We spend a lot of time talking to young people about their future and what skills they need to pick up. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just teach what we know. The office is usually a bit messy with books and enrollment forms. That is just how it is when you’re busy. Somalwada is a good spot, and most of our students live nearby or take the bus in. We’ve been part of the community here for a while. We aren't some big corporate school. It’s more like a local learning center. The staff here are just regular people from Nagpur. We know the local job market and what people are looking for. It’s rewarding to see someone finish a course and find work. That is why we keep the doors open every morning. It’s simple work, but it matters to the folks who come here to learn.
