Gurumauli Spices

We are located at No. 59 on Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Road, which is right in the heart of Renuka Nagar. If you know Sarda Circle, you’ve probably passed by Gurumauli Spices a dozen times. We deal with spices here, and honestly, you can usually smell the turmeric and pepper long before you see the sign. The workshop is a bit small, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the bags of raw ingredients. We spend most of our hours cleaning, drying, and grinding everything. It’s dusty work and by the end of the shift, our clothes are usually covered in yellow or red powder. We don’t have a big office or a receptionist. It’s just us and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. We do a lot of things the old way, using heavy grinders and weighing things out on a basic scale. It’s a lot of manual labor and it can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is humid. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or social media. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about our spices. It’s a local business through and through. We just try to do a decent job every day and get the orders out on time. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just part of life here in Renuka Nagar.
