Ganraj Saloon

We've been here on S T Stand Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Ray Udhgoh in Ganesh Peth. It's a busy spot in Nagpur. We keep things pretty simple at Ganraj Saloon. Usually, guys just come in for a quick trim or a shave before they head out to work or hop on a bus. The shop isn't fancy, just some chairs and mirrors, but it does the job. My father started this place, and I just took over. We see the same faces every couple of weeks. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out with the customers, chatting about the weather or local news. It gets dusty being so close to the road, but that's just part of being in this area. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in. If the chairs are full, they wait outside on the bench. We try to keep the scissors sharp and the floor swept when we can. It’s a small life here. We open early in the morning and stay until the last person leaves. Nothing complicated. Just a regular neighborhood barbershop where you can get your hair cut without a fuss. We've seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here now. It’s nice to be part of the community in 440018. If you're passing by the stand, just stop in for a bit.
