Fatal Hair Studio

Fatal Hair Studio is sitting on Koradi Road in the Zingabai Takali part of Nagpur. If you’re looking for us, we are right beside the Wox Cooler company. Nagpur gets really hot, so being near a cooler place feels like a good coincidence most days. The studio isn’t huge, but it’s our space where we do hair all day. We’ve got the basic chairs and mirrors, and there’s always hair on the floor that we’re sweeping up between visitors. Zingabai Takali is a growing area, so there’s always new faces walking past the front window. Some people stop in just to escape the sun for a bit. We don’t do all that fancy talk about style and fashion trends; we just cut hair how people ask for it. The sounds from Koradi Road are constant, lots of trucks and bikes going by. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started this place because we wanted something of our own in this part of town. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to neighbors. We know the guys at the cooler shop next door pretty well now. It’s just a regular local business where we try to keep things moving. We open up early, drink some tea, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. It is not a glamorous life, but we like being here in Nagpur and seeing the neighborhood grow around the studio.
