Our shop is on the first floor at number 11 in the Farm Land area, right on Wardha Road in Nagpur. It is near the Milestone Building which most people know around here. Even though we have a long name like Expressia Hair & Beauty India Pvt Ltd, we are really just a small team of local people. We do hair and some beauty work for the folks in Ramdas Peth. The building is okay, nothing too special, but it’s a good location for us. You have to walk up some stairs to get to us since we are not on the ground floor. Inside, we have set up some mirrors and chairs for the customers. It’s usually busy in the afternoons when people are out and about. We use regular shampoos and creams that you can find at any store. We aren't trying to be a fancy luxury place. We just want to give people a decent haircut or a clean look without any fuss. The traffic on Wardha Road can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, so we tell people to give themselves a little extra time to get here. We have some plants by the window to make it look a bit nicer. We talk about the weather or the news while we work. It makes the day go by faster. We’ve been in Nagpur for a few years and we like the crowd here. It’s a simple business for us and we keep things moving every day.
