We are located at Plot-13 in Belura, not too far from the Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Statue. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows, so it makes finding us a bit easier. Darshana Masale Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our spice work. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a group of people working together in a practical space. The area around Belura is a bit more open than the city center, but it still gets busy with trucks and deliveries. Inside, you’ll find machines running and the smell of ground masalas everywhere. It gets quite dusty because of the grinding process, so we are always cleaning something. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the spice blends are coming out the way they should. The work is repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a bit. The office part of the building is just a small room with a few chairs and a desk covered in papers. We don't have any big glass walls or modern furniture. It’s a working site, first and foremost. People from the nearby areas often stop by to see what we are doing. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks, making sure everything is packed and ready to go out to the shops. The floor always needs sweeping by the end of it.
